Control how your information is used

Depending on your jurisdiction and relationship with MOVA, you may have rights to know or access information, correct inaccuracies, delete information, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, limit sensitive-data uses, opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, and appeal a denied request.

Where consumer health-data laws apply, you may request access, deletion, correction, or withdrawal of consent for certain collection or sharing. You may also request information about categories of health data, sources, purposes, and third parties as provided by applicable law.

MOVA does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by applicable privacy law, and does not use sensitive health information for targeted advertising. If practices change in a way that creates a legal opt-out right, MOVA will update this page and provide the required control before the change applies.

You do not need to make a purchase to submit a privacy request. Use one of the request methods shown below and describe the right you want to exercise. To protect your information, MOVA may need to verify your identity before responding to access, correction, deletion, or portability requests.

Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. MOVA may require proof of the agent’s authority and may contact you directly to verify identity or confirm the request.

MOVA will respond within the period required by applicable law. If a request is denied, the response will explain the reason and any available appeal method. Some information may be retained when required for medical records, security, legal compliance, completing transactions, or establishing legal claims.

MOVA will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. A choice may affect a feature when the information is reasonably necessary to provide that feature, and MOVA will explain that connection when applicable.
